How do you manage to keep your zinc intake at the right level without supplementing. The red meat I eat is organic and grass fed (most of the year) and yet I find I almost need to eat some meat twice a day to keep at the zinc levels I need to avoid reactions. I am looking into seeing if I can access some oysters but in the meantime was very interested to know your thoughts.

Oysters are excellent if you like them. And this is a supplement that tests positive for me that I just ordered yesterday...
See if it tests positive for you. It just may a good way to get your zinc and be useful for colds and flues.
