Prostate pain and food choices

by Wayne
(Australia)

Hi Ron
What a wonderful resourse you have provided. Can you comment on a situation
I find myself in. Currently in hospital with a catheter I am experiencing spasms regularly and some blood in urine. Not sure if coming from bladder, prostate or penis. Anyway hospital food is questionable. Ron you mention grains as being a big contributor to prostate issues. I have just had hospital dinner lots of pasta and wheat foods I consumed. I was hungry but a short while after experienced sharp spasms the feeling being a great urge to urinate but little urine and massive pain for 10-15 seconds. Could it be the food causing the pain.

Ron here...

Grains, unless prepared properly, and grown properly (no GMOs, no glyphosate, no pesticides, in real soil) are not fit for consumption.

Hospitals use the cheapest food they can get usually. So I would assume the grain products are toxic. Try water fasting if you cannot get access to real organic food prepared properly. And get out of then hospital once you can be confirmed that you have no health issues keeping you there.

A small amount of blood coloring in the urine could just be irritation from the catheter. But be sure to ask them about it.
