Is there any danger in doing exercises and massage with BPH?

by Rade
(South Eastern Europe)

Hi there

My name is Rade, I am 46 and I have a problem with BPH, doctor told me that I should live like that is nothing wrong, but I want to take responsibility for making my life easier.

My main symptoms are: waking up once per night in order to take a pee, small difficulties when I am taking a pee, and a small pain during ejaculation.

I like the ideas from your book about prostate massage techniques, and I am willing to start with dr Koegel's exercises and with external prostate massage for the record.

I am planing to buy your book, but for now a question that I would be grateful if you can answer:

Is there any danger in doing dr Koegel's exercises or in doing external prostate massage (in a way that you described in your manual)?

Kind regards and deep respect for your work!

Ron here...

The prostate gland is a muscle and needs to be exercised like any muscle. It is also a gland that secretes prostate fluids during ejaculation, and can happen as well through internal prostate massage. This is healthy.

So doing prostate exercises and external massage is beneficial for the prostate.
