Hello Doc, Can i please know..Do people ejaculate the semen which is accumulated in the prostate everyday if we do massage everyday? how often and how do prostate gets filled with semen? what do actually prostate gland produce? Thank you.

First I am not a doctor just a man who studies the prostate gland.

If you do a prostate massage without masturbation then sometimes the prostate gland will release some of the prostatic fluid. Normal semen contains 30-35% prostatic fluid.

It varies for every man the amount of fluid. It depends on your overall health, your prostate health, your hormone health and the frequency. The more you do it the less time there is to rebuild.
