Hello Doc, Can i please know..Do people ejaculate the semen which is accumulated in the prostate everyday if we do massage everyday? how often and how do prostate gets filled with semen? what do actually prostate gland produce? Thank you.

Hi Ron here...

First I am not a doctor just a man who studies the prostate gland.

If you do a prostate massage without masturbation then sometimes the prostate gland will release some of the prostatic fluid. Normal semen contains 30-35% prostatic fluid.

It varies for every man the amount of fluid. It depends on your overall health, your prostate health, your hormone health and the frequency. The more you do it the less time there is to rebuild.

Please go and read the pages on the site for more details of how the prostate works.

Semen Release During Catheter Use
by: ClaudeA

Ron, you decide if this is posted, of course.

My Naturopath primary care physician prescribed that I achieve ejaculation at least twice a week with the catheter in place. Oddly, I have almost extreme erections and relieve myself as I am alone. The sensation would never pass for good intercourse! But, the release is very refreshing and the sense of a normal, empty prostate resting for the next ejaculation is good.

Makes me wonder why the assigned synthetic drug pusher urologist won't talk with my ND to find a way to naturally put my prostate back to health! He's determined to do a biopsie or major prostate surgery! Like he's some robot snake oil dispensing machine!
