Can enlarged Prostate cause ejaculation issues?

Hi, Ron. For about a year my husband has been having difficulty ejaculating during sex. He has no problem getting an erection but is not always able to ejaculate.

A few months ago he found out that he has an enlarged prostate and low testosterone. I am wondering if his enlarged prostate could be causing his ejaculation issues. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Yes an enlarged prostate can limit the amount of ejaculate as it squeezes the prostatic urethra, the part that passes through the prostate. It can also impact the amount of fluid the prostate produces.

So time for changes if you want improvements:
• diet
• exercise
• good sleep
• supplements
• Kegel squeezes
• prostate massage (gently)

I wasn't sure if it was prostate related since he can't ejaculate at all (not even a little) so thanks for your reply. We just bought your book and are anxious to try your recommendations.
