I have recently had a second TURP procedure and am experiencing a sharp pain when I finish peeing deep in my groin area.I also have a pain in the left side of my groin when I do any physical activity . Also my groin swells.

Sorry to hear about your reactions.
Unfortunately TURP operations can have side effects, often down-played.
I suggest you contact your urologist immediately about this.
It is possible you have an infection there.
Plan B could be to contact the 3D Prostate Clinic in China if you can afford the expense. If there is an infection, then direct prostate injections that they do would likely help a lot, but you would have to write them your history to find out if they can help you. Surgery changes many things.
