Is it ok to maintain a normal sex life whilst having these treatments? Also, you mention applying the packs for 1 week but should the treatments be repeated following a break? Thx

There is no rule on how best to use castor oil. It is just a suggestion to get enough potential benefit.
So follow your judgement. And certainly enjoy sex along the way but ejaculation should be based on age decade... so a 50 year old would ejaculate every 5 days while a 20 year old 2 days. This is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine.
