Hi, I had Guillian Barres Syndrome over 10 years ago and it has left me numbed and less sensitive in my penis. I have noticed in the past that some anal stimulation helped. I would like to have my prostrate massaged regularly for health reasons. Open to any and all suggestions.
You could try prostate massage if your doctor OKs it.
I would start very slowly... 15 seconds with the sonic prostate massager, or just 5 minutes withe the high Island prostate massager.
Be very gentle and do 3 times per week if it feels good, or stop if it doesn't. Give it time.
