When I massage my prostate, I don’t feel the bliss of climax but it is just a small amount of pain and I don’t cum. Then when I go urinate, my Bladder is full of cum. I am using the handle of a brush as I don’t have a prostate massager. Even during master action or sex, I have dry climaxes. Is that ok? About 4 yrs. ago I had TURP surgery.

Prostate TURP surgery can have side effects including retgrograd dry ejhaculation where the semen goes into the bladder. This is not a problem except if you would ever want to sire a baby!
Better to get a Pro-State Massager because you need to be very careful not to do any damage using a brush handle.
