I'm 74. Neither cialis nor viagra will enable me to achieve nor maintain an erection hard enough or long enough to have sex. It used to be instant and long lasting. Now... only frustration and shame. What about long term effects of nitrous oxide injections and pump implants? Additionally... why not concentrate on the prostate erection nerves that affect erection directly? And a chemical/enzyme reaction that flushes the years of toxin buildup due to prostate filtration? And an enzyme that complexes and negates the effect of the excess estrogen buildup? It's time to fund research in these three areas. What are your insights concerning these hypotheses?
