IS MY VAS DEFERENS RUPTURED?

by PAUL FITZGERALD
(Australia)

Good morning PROSTATE WEB SITE,

Thank you for making this forum available.
Some time ago (2008 my penis was squeezed during a sex encounter and sperm prevented from escaping a mild burning sensation occurs every time I now ejaculate.

I think from the photos / diagrams on your site one of my VAS DEFERENS tubes is ruptured. I have been to a prostate doc who told me its impossible to correct if that's the issue.

Would a vasectomy cure my issue of a burning sensation and right leg pain and circulation issues after sex.

Thank you for your time to overview this request its been an issue for me for 7 yrs.

VAS DEFERENS
by: Ron here

If I were you I would go see another urologist to see what he says. Tell him your symptoms not what you think it is that causes it.

It is possible you could have prostatitis which is an infection of the prostate area, which would mean nothing at all what you think it has been.

That sexual act could have been a trigger for this. If it is prostatitis then he will have some solutions for you.

You could also clean up your diet, do prostate exercises and ask him if prostate massage is OK for you to do. If he says YES then do it very gently. The goal is to increase blood circulation so that your prostate can heal faster.

But you want a thorough review without any biopsy by your new doctor.
