Finding the prostate for prostate massage...

I can't seem to find the prostate I follow every step and people say when you find it, it feels like you need to urinate. I've done 2 sessions and I don't feel that at all what am I doing wrong? I have prostatitis non bacterial...I'm really starting to get frustrated!
