I have a enlarged prostate and my question is, is it suppose to burn when I urinate? it feels like there is razors in my penis.

No it is not supposed to burn when you urinate. It is one of the symptoms of an enlarged prostate: it burns because of the restriction caused by the swelling of your enlarged prostate.
