I used a High Island Health prostate massage device for a long time and never had a prostate orgasm that many men say they have when they use the device. Why do you think it did not happen with me. Thanks for any reply.

Ron here:
A prostate orgasm requires an erection and ejaculation to happen while you are massaging your prostate.
Prostate milking can happen with a non erect flaccid penis while doing a prostate massage. Sometimes with some men , a lot of prostate gland fluid (known as "milk" because of its color)is released. In other men a very small amount, in others, only a few drops and in some men nothing.
An enlarged prostate can prevent "milk" from happening and can limit the amount of ejaculate that comes out with a regular orgasm or a prostate orgasm if you are doing a prostate massage.
If during normal ejaculation no semen is released then most likely you have an enlarged prostate. Over time and with very gentle massage this can change.
Combining lifestyle and diet changes and high quality supplements can also help. Check out my books on this site for more info.
