Can the sonic prostate massager be used to remove the prostatic fluid?

All the sonic prostate massager does is to increase blood flow to the prostate. Some people may experience a discharge of prostate fluid without an erection or orgasm. But this may or may not happen as many factors influence whether you will discharge prostate fluid, and not everyone does unless a urologist know show to do this... but most have lost this ability to extract fluid for analysis.

 How can treat prostatitis without drainage of the fluids

If the sonic massager only improve the blood circulation would it make congestion worse due to inflammation . Why only recommended 2 minutes for each secession . In such short time no way to milk the gland.
