I live in Florida which is a long way from Dr. song's practice in China. I would like to know if you could please, the total cost of 3-D treatment and approximately total expenditure from Door bell to door bell.

You would have to contact the clinic for their charges.
Cheap flights from the west coast can be well under $1000 return depending on when. I have had half that on China Eastern or Xiamen Air.
Hotels there can be anywhere from 25-$50
Food can easily be done for $15-25 per day especially if you have a big breakfast like at the MGM hotel which I like.
Taxis are cheap if you don't walk. Not much else to spend money on.
