Thanks for the best info on how to effectively catheterization for a male. During the 7-8 years I have not received nor have been told a more comprehensive outline of the process.

If you can find what triggers a prostate attack (assuming that is why you need to do it) then you may be able to minimize the occurrence. That's where personal testing comes in. Check out that page or my new book on the subject.
