I am 60 years old and have an enlarged prostate. If I have sex more than once a week I have lower abdominal pain and difficulty with urination. I want sex more often but I don't care for the urinary problems. I take Jalyn everyday,along with Saw Palmetto to help with my problem. I have gone to,the urologist before and they just prescribe Bactrim for a couple of weeks and send me on my way.
Is there any advice you could offer?

Well I suggest you read Healthy Prostate, my book you can find on this site if you want an alternative. The meds you take have side effects, affecting your health and sex.
But, it will take work and changes to your diet and lifestyle. For me the rewards are worth it. There is no quick fix just slow steady progress.
